WHAT FRIENDSHIP IS ALL ABOUT?

Assalamualaikum & Hi! :)

I've been attracted to this topic since it involves in our everyday lives. What friendship is all about? What does friendship mean to you? Does friendship mean a lot to you? Does it affects you in your everyday life? ^_^

Here goes the link that I would like to share on the definition of friendship (ps: it's just only a wikipedia website :D so yeah)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friendship

In my opinion, friendship is about human relationships that involves emotions, behavior reactions and cognitive functioning. It affects our body system biologically, spiritually and in reality, the person surrounds us who color the rainbows to our daily skies. Friendship is truly valuable, so one should appreciate it at most.

How do you appreciate your friends? How do you struggles in your friendship? I am sure each of us has our own value and style in friendship. We met friends since our babies' days. Agree with me? It means that we've been exposed to make friends since we were still kiddos! wohoo.. I can't imagine how you guys make friends during our kids days haha..

Here it goes again, a link that I would love to share about making friends :)

Friendship isn't about whom you have known the longest, who came first or who cares the best...It's about who came & never left... What do you think? I would like to share my idea on how to appreciate your college friends. Yeah, it's about your college friends and I guess it can be apply to your high school friends as well :D
Here are the 8 tips from Nani, your fav future counselor ;) hehe :p (8 is my favourite number btw)

1. Cherish every moment whenever you are with your friends.
Even they're not your so-called close  friends, enjoy every moment with them!

2. Open up yourself to new friends.
Be open to everyone. Chin up and smile. Be warm to people. It helps to improve your interaction skills too ;)

3. Accept the flaws.
You should thank them for showing their flaws, or else you are a friend with fake friends. Mhmm...

4. Have a heart-to-heart talk.
This is the best way to know more about your friends and smooth-en your relationship. This is the time when you should be frank to tell your friends something that you've kept so long.

5. Send warm, appreciation messages to your friends.
Nawww.... it always touches me the most when my friends did this to me. You'll feel the best friend on earth. To have yours, you are the one should try first sending to them. It tighten the relationship that your friends will never forget chuuu~

6. Have a trip!
This might be the memorable, best-est you will never forget in your life. Having a day trip is more than enough. Hey, you guys need time together too... (jangan asyik fikir pasal girlfriend or boyfriend je ok). And, it'll be more interesting if it's a backpacked-trip! Oh, I miss mine :D

7. Be forgiving.
As mentioned on #3, to accept the flaws, you should be forgiving too. Don't put grudge on them. Don't be envy on their success. Remember, behind every successful man is their friends! Wohooo~~ You guys should be proud of yourself ;)

8. Encouragement.
Hey, don't be stingy to spread your positive vibes to your friends. Encourage others will satisfy you more. At the end of the day, there's something that you've contribute to friends and society :D

In a nutshell, appreciate your friends despite of their background and so forth. It helps you to satisfaction of life in your later days. No regrets :D

A poem dedicated to whom has shared their lives with me. Stay safe wherever you are :)

Ode to Friendships

They're the few people who accept silence over conversation
A relationship like this denies silly promises and persuasion
You don't feel the need to second guess thoughts or measure words
Their love comes in wholes, not halves, not thirds
They're the ones that guide you through when fate takes a turn
Fights, small and large, end in forgiveness, never a burn
You forget about first impressions and the feelings they brought
You're grateful for who they are and you forgive 'em for what they're not

With love,
Siti Nurul Ainani Binti Hassan.
